Well, after a quiet Christmas and New Year the script writing work is now coming in thick and fast.
As a script writer for hire and UK script consultant I get producers, directors, marketing agencies and now for the first time even actors (!) approaching me to write scripts and screenplays for them.
I’ve got a number of exciting projects on the bubble at the moment. Including yet another American project (a funny gross-out comedy this time) a UK based werewolf horror film (right up my street) and a lot of work for marketing agencies who want me to write important video content for their clients.
I’ve also made an application to iFeatures for a passion project which I’m hoping to not just write, but to direct too. If I get anywhere with the application I’ll tell you all about it on this blog.
I’ve got a couple of rewrite jobs to get around to doing as well but I still have capacity to take on a lot more script writing work – so don’t delay, contact me as soon as you can.
On a personal note I’m booked in for another holiday to my personal favourite Greek island for later in the year and me and the wife will need it due to the horrible winter we’ve suffered in the UK this year. I always take one special script writing job away on holiday with me and enjoy writing by the pool on my laptop – I can usually,(with good preparation) complete a first draft screenplay by the pool in ten days – it makes me look like Donald Trumbo!
